# Confianza, custodia y límites

### Modelo de custodia

* **Airtm** administra saldos de usuarios y pasarelas.
* **Trustless Work escrows** retienen USDC en Stellar (no custodial).
* **OfferHub** no custodia fondos agrupados de usuarios.

### En qué se confía a OfferHub

* Orquestar flujos y la experiencia del usuario
* Manejar disputas como soporte al cliente
* Firmar acciones de liberación/reembolso según los resultados de las disputas

### En qué NO se confía a OfferHub

* Retener dinero de usuarios en cuentas agrupadas
* Cambiar las reglas del escrow después de la creación
* Mover fondos del escrow fuera del flujo basado en roles

### Puntos de aplicación

* Las condiciones del escrow se aplican on-chain.
