# Trustlines

Trustlines são como contas Stellar optam por **ativos emitidos**.

Se uma conta não tem trustline, ela não pode manter esse ativo.

Cada trustline aumenta o saldo mínimo da conta em **0,5 XLM** (reserva base).

### O que é uma trustline?

* Uma trustline vincula uma conta a um **emissor de ativos**.
* Ela permite que a conta **receba, mantenha e envie** esse ativo.
* Ela inclui um **limite** (saldo máximo que você aceita).
* Ela rastreia saldo e passivos (como ofertas em aberto).

### Por que as trustlines importam para depósitos em garantia

Escrows do Trustless Work podem usar **qualquer ativo emitido na Stellar**.

Todo participante deve ser capaz de manter esse ativo.
