# Roles and Permissions

OfferHub uses Trustless Work’s role model to support goods and services marketplaces. you can[ learn more about roles here](/trustless-work/v2-en/introduction/technology-overview/roles-in-trustless-work.md): 

### Role mapping

| Role             | Assigned To                 | Purpose                                           |
| ---------------- | --------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------- |
| Payer            | Buyer                       | Funds the escrow                                  |
| Receiver         | Seller                      | Receives released funds                           |
| Service Provider | Seller                      | Marks delivery / completion                       |
| Approver         | Buyer                       | Approves delivery or disputes                     |
| Dispute Resolver | OfferHub Platform Address 1 | Customer support resolves disputes                |
| Release Signer   | OfferHub Platform Address 2 | Executes release/refund                           |
| Platform Address | OfferHub Platform Address 3 | Creates/configures escrows, receives Platform fee |
